Refund Policy

Seven Tech LLC provides professional IT, digital, and consulting services that require planning, resource allocation, and operational costs. Due to the nature of our services, we maintain the following refund policy.

1. Non-Refundable Fees

All onboarding, setup, consultation, and service fees paid to Seven Tech LLC are non-refundable. These payments cover administrative work, project preparation, system setup, and resource allocation required to begin providing services.

2. Service-Based Payments

Payments made for services including software development, web development, digital marketing, CRM setup, lead generation, technical support, consulting services, and other custom solutions are non-refundable once the service has started.

3. Exceptional Situations

Refunds may only be considered if Seven Tech LLC determines that it is unable to provide the requested service.

4. Client Cancellation

If a client cancels a service after payment has been made, the payment will not be eligible for a refund because resources and operational costs have already been committed.

5. Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact Seven Tech LLC to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.

7. Policy Acceptance

By purchasing any service from Seven Tech LLC, the client confirms that they have read and agreed to this Refund Policy.
